Return & Exchange Policy
At FLYC, we value customer satisfaction and are committed to maintaining strong relationships through honest and transparent transactions. To ensure fairness for all parties, please review our policy below:
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
We only accept return or exchange requests in the following specific cases:
Wrong item received.
Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered).
Damaged item received.
⚠️ Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons (disliking color/style) or for sizes ordered incorrectly by the customer. Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances. We provide exchanges for the same item only.
⏳ Required Time Frame
Notification: You must inform us on the same day you receive the parcel.
Completion: The entire return/exchange process must be completed within 2 days of receipt.

📦 Return Process & Video Proof
To maintain transparency, we require a clear opening video of the parcel:
Continuous Footage: The video must be from start to finish in one shot (no cuts or edits).
Visible Evidence: The video must clearly show the issue (damage, wrong size, or wrong item).
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Without a valid unboxing video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Back: If eligible, you must send the product back via courier, post, or by visiting our shop within 2 days.

🔄 Exchange Procedure
Once your return is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
If the same item is out of stock, you may select another item of the same value.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly final sale:

Sale/Clearance items or gift cards.
Special combo deals.
Perishable goods & hazardous materials.
